PBOC's Pan Gongsheng reiterates monetary policy to remain moderately loose

China’s economy began the year well and is continuing an upward trend, the central bank’s head said at the Group of 20 meeting in Washington, repeating earlier promises to implement a moderately loose monetary policy to support growth.
